Full payment is required at the time of booking. Until payment is received your booking remains unconfirmed. Etno Hut services are provided to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By making a booking with Etno Hut, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

Etno Hut is located on quite rural area of land that is not occupied by the landowner all year round. As such you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety in and around the House and Property. You acknowledge that You are aware of the risks entailed in a wilderness environment.
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for any accidents that might happen on the House or Property. Parents or supervisors must ensure safety of children. In case of an emergency contact 112 and please inform Etno Hut via phone +370 652 13229.

You agree to follow the supplied route and park any vehicles in the designated parking area. You must not drive any vehicles off the supplied route. You will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the House or Property if your vehicle/s do not remain on the supplied route.

Smoking is not permitted inside or at the terrace while windows/doors are open. Smoking inside the cabin will result a 150€ fine. Please smoke outdoors. Fag ends must be collected and thrown out to a trash bin and kept outside the house.
rubbish
We kindly ask to collect your rubbish to plastic garbage bags that are provided by Etno Hut. Sorting recycled waste (plastic, glass bottles and cans) would be much appreciated. Mother nature will thank you!
We are proud to be pet friendly place! However you should always inform us about it beforehand. Pet accommodation costs the additional fee of 10€ for whole period of your stay. Pets are not permitted to be on the bed. Please always pick up after your hound even if they have used the woods.

Campfires must be contained within the designated fire-pit and must be kept below knee-height and not left unattended.
Do not burn household waste in the stove. Please keep away textile and other things within safe distance from the hot stove.

You acknowledge that you are fully liable for any loss or damage you cause to the House or Property. We inspect each cabin before and after your visit. The customer is liable for material damage in accordance with the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
